The vineyard of the Mâconnais lies on 9700 Ha. The types of vine used are the Chardonnay (for rich, elegant white wine with many aromas such as the Pouilly-Fuissé, St Vérand…) and the Pinot noir (for full flavoured and very nice-fruity red wine)
The appellations : Mâcon, Mâcon-Supérieur, Mâcon-Villages, Pouilly-Fuissé, Pouilly-Loché, Pouilly-Vinzelles, Saint-Véran, Viré-Clessé.
